Optional Student Item Analysis Reports Order Form

Optional Confidential Student Item Analysis Reports
The Optional Confidential Student Item Analysis Report provides detailed results for the student for each subject tested. The SDAA II report shows the objective measured by each item, which answer choice the student selected for the item, and the correct answer. The TAKS and RPTE tests will not be released for the 2006-2007 school year and item analysis reports for TAKS and RPTE will not be available.

The reports will only be provided in PDF format on the Pearson Educational Measurement PEMSolutions website. There is no charge for the Optional Confidential Student Item Analysis Reports. Information for ordering the item analysis reports will be provided during summer 2007.

The Reading Proficiency Tests in English administered in March 2004 and March 2006 have been released. This order form may be used to obtain additional released test materials for appropriate noncommercial use.
