Administration date problem. The current year is missing or invalid.
Refer to data file format location from 001 to 004

Grade code problem. May be one of the following:
A) Invalid grade for this administration
B) Grade is blank
C) Grade is a non-numeric character
Refer to data file format location from 005 to 006

Campus ID problem. The Campus ID is missing or invalid. (The Campus ID should be a 6-digit county/district number followed by a 3 digit campus number.)
Refer to data file format location from 009 to 017

Student name problem. The student name is missing or invalid. (Student last name should be in positions 048-062, student first name should be in positions 063-072)
Refer to data file format location from 048 to 072

Student-ID (PEIMS number) problem. May be one of the following:
A) Student-ID is blank
B) Student-ID contains a non-numeric value that is not in position 1. (Position 1 may be an 'S.')
Refer to data file format location from 074 to 082

Date of birth problem. May be one of the following:
A) Date of birth contains a non-numeric value
B) Date of birth is blank
